Toby Martin

Toby Martin joined the Newmark Zimmer Saint Louis office in 2023 and currently serves as an Associate, where he focuses on representing tenants and landlords for industrial properties.

Prior to joining Newmark Zimmer, Toby was part of Green Street Real Estate Ventures where he was responsible for leasing brand new apartment units. Toby also performed accounting services for Green Street’s Construction Division.
