Newmark Zimmer Occupier Solutions is an on-going provider of advisory services for Acies Real Estate, a logistics oriented investment firm based in the Chicago metro. This advisory work includes investment underwriting, acquisition/disposition services, and landlord representation. The Occupier Solutions team works with both Acies executive leadership and their operations team to ensure both short-term and long-term success at their respective properties.
