Work Site: St. Paul’s Episcopal Day School

Reports To: Chief Building Engineer / Property Manager

Basic Function: General building repair and maintenance

Experience/Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Trade or technical school training. Five years of documented trade work.

Specific Skills Required: HVAC troubleshooting and repair. Low voltage electrical repairs. Plumbing repair and troubleshooting.
