Marketing Manager | St. Louis

Basic Functions: The Marketing Manager has numerous responsibilities ranging from day-to-day implementation of listing administration, social media, research, and special events, while at the same time developing and implementing a creative, thoughtful, and strategic marketing program designed to achieve market recognition and in support of all new business development efforts.

Experience/Education: Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, and/or design with 3-5 years of related work experience. Experience in the real estate industry is a plus. Must thrive on multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment utilizing established systems and procedures to effectively execute the required work.

Specific Skills Required: Superior oral and written communication skills including spelling, grammar, and proofreading. Direct experience in graphic design, creating maps, composing press releases, preparing RFP responses, media, and print buying. Other skills required to be successful include being a self-starter, detail-oriented, possess the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines and tasks. The Marketing Manager must also be fluent in software applications including MS Office Suite, InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat, and Campaign Breeze.

Building Engineer Tech II | Kansas City

Basic Function: General building repair and maintenance.

Experience/Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Trade or technical school training. Five years documented trade work.

Specific Skills Required: HVAC troubleshooting and repair. Low voltage electrical repairs. Plumbing repair and troubleshooting.

Retail Associate | Kansas City

Brokerage Responsibilities: The associate is expected to drive retail and mixed-use areas, as well as commercial streets, regularly during the week and weekends to familiarize themselves with tenants, buildings, demographics and traffic patterns. Cold calling, sending letters, canvassing and formulating emails are to be performed each week to strategize on properties to target and retailer voids in specific markets. Assume responsibility for understanding lease expirations and all building owners that may have a building coming on the market in your area. Update clients (both landlords and tenants) on market intel and activity regularly. Become active in non-profit and civic groups with a primary focus in your geographic area of concentration for networking opportunities. Prepare Letters of Intent (LOI), deal analysis financial breakdowns, activity reports and other ad hoc documents as requested. Attend and participate in all Sales and Leasing and Newmark Zimmer Retail Group meetings.

Experience/Education: College Degree and 1-5 years of related work experience. Missouri Real Estate License is required.
