Crash Champions Net Lease Portfolio

Newmark Zimmer completes the investment sale and disposition of a six-building portfolio leased to Crash Champions. The portfolio consists of 115,271 square feet with locations in Wichita, Topeka, and Newton, Kansas.

The Newmark Zimmer Midwest Capital Markets team in partnership with the Newmark Net Lease team of Matt Berres and Samer Khalil handled the transaction. The portfolio was acquired by an undisclosed buyer.
