Basic Function: The Senior Graphic Designer will lead the creation of visually compelling proposals and marketing materials for business development initiatives and property listings. This role encompasses both custom creative design and the application of branded templates. Additionally, the designer will play a key role in shaping and executing short- and long-term creative and digital marketing strategies, ensuring all deliverables are innovative, aligned with brand standards, and effectively communicate Newmark Zimmer (“NZ”) objectives across all platforms.
Experience/Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related discipline. Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design or a related creative field. Proven success in managing creative projects from concept through completion, with strong organizational and time management skills. Demonstrated experience in a B2B environment, including the development of proposals, pursuit materials, and client-facing presentations. Familiarity with marketing, advertising, and real estate industry standards and practices.

Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office; proficiency in creating maps, RFP responses, and marketing collateral. Experience with web design knowledge is a plus.
