Basic Function: Work with a Fortune 100 client along with other clients of Newmark Zimmer in Latin America and manage all aspects of the corporate real estate process.

Education/Experience: 5-7 years real estate industry experience. MBA or Master of Real Estate degree preferred with a strong record of academic achievement. Must be completely fluent in English and Spanish. Experience with financial analysis and modeling. Strong analytical ability. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Highly developed verbal and written communication skills. Strong detail orientation. Strong level of customer services skills and professionalism. Ability to travel up to 25%.

Basic Function: Assist members of the Global Corporate Services Team with real estate assignments and financial modeling.

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s Degree with emphasis in Finance and Real Estate. Experience in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint, and proficiency in financial analysis and modeling. Strong analytical ability. Highly developed verbal and written communication skills. Strong detail orientation. Strong level of customer services skills and professionalism.
