Kansas City, MO (October 2022) – Newmark has completed the successful disposition of the 251,100 square foot single tenant industrial building in Davenport, Iowa located at 8740 Zenith Avenue on behalf of Blue Vista Capital Management, LLC and Russell Development. The transaction was completed by the Newmark team of Michael L. VanBuskirk, SIOR, CCIM, CRE, Chris S. Robertson, CCIM, Andy Gallas, Andrew Sandquist, Ben Greazel, and Raegen Root. The property was 100% leased to Ryder Logistics. Minneapolis based Founders Properties acquired the property. This is the first of six buildings in the Russell Industrial Park that will encompass nearly 1.5 million square feet when fully built out.
