Kansas City, MO (January 14, 2022) — Newmark Zimmer announces the completed disposition of a six-building portfolio leased to Crash Champions. The portfolio consisted of 115,271 square feet with locations in Wichita, Topeka, and Newton, Kansas.

The Newmark Zimmer Midwest Capital Markets team of Michael VanBuskirk, Chris Robertson, and Raegen Root in partnership with the Newmark Net Lease team of Matt Berres and Samer Khalil handled the transaction. The portfolio was acquired by an undisclosed buyer.
