Kansas City, MO (February, 2023) — Newmark Zimmer is pleased to announce the promotion of several professionals in the Kansas City office. The team supports client projects across multiple sectors, including sales and leasing, property and facilities management, global corporate services, investment sales and capital markets, and development management.
In the sales and leasing division, nine individuals achieved title elevations. Philip Botana, Trey DeRousse and John Faur have been promoted to Associate Director. Seamus McLaughlin has been promoted to Director. John Hoefer has been promoted to Senior Managing Director. Justin Beal, John Hassler, Chris Robertson and Nick Suarez have been promoted to Executive Managing Director.
In the property and facilities management division, Amanda Habiger has been promoted to Senior Property Manager, and Kevin Maughan has been promoted to Associate Director of Property Management.
Within firm leadership, Matthew McFadden has been elevated to Executive Vice President and Michael VanBuskirk to Vice Chairman.
