Anna is an Associate with Newmark Zimmer in Kansas City, specializing in industrial property sales and leasing, portfolio analysis and valuation, and transaction execution across the Heartland.
She plays a key role within one of the country’s highest-volume industrial investment-sales groups, with recent experience underwriting and executing major assignments, including the 684,616-SF Tulasi Commerce Center portfolio sale in Tulsa and the 498,599-SF Raymore Commerce II disposition on behalf of VanTrust. Anna was part of the team that handled the 266,705-SF I-49 Commerce Center disposition on behalf of NorthPoint Development. She also represented Sealy in the analysis and valuation of almost 1M SF in Kansas City.
Anna currently represents ±437,496 SF of active industrial listings across the Kansas City market. She is a graduate of the University of Missouri–Columbia’s Trulaske College of Business, earning a Bachelor of Science with an emphasis in Finance, Banking, and Real Estate.
