Christian Roustic

As an associate at Newmark Zimmer, Christian has a focus on multifamily investment sales and capital markets in the Midwest region. He specializes in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily investment properties, working with a diverse range of clients, from private investors to institutional investors. He provides comprehensive services, from identification and evaluation to marketing and negotiation of various property types including multifamily, mixed-use and development land.

With a background in advisory services for planned developments, Christian has extensive skills and knowledge in deal structuring and analysis. He also has experience in property management, which gives him an operational perspective and a holistic approach to every deal.

During Christian’s first full year in his role on the Investment Sales and Capital Markets team, he has successfully negotiated and sold over 400-units across a number of multifamily properties.

Christian is receiving recognition for his work in commercial real estate. In 2021, he was highlighted in the Kansas City Business Journal as one of the top 5 Up and Comers in Commercial Real Estate.
