Graham Stark

Graham Stark is a Managing Director within the Occupier Solutions practice at Newmark Zimmer’s Kansas City office, having joined the firm in 2019. In this role, he advises both investor and corporate clients on the strategic acquisition and disposition of portfolio properties. His comprehensive expertise spans tenant and landlord leasing representation, portfolio and transaction management, and investment underwriting.

While deeply rooted in the Kansas City metropolitan region, Graham’s project portfolio extends across the Midwest and Southeast.

Prior to joining Newmark Zimmer, Graham served as Co-Head of Business Development for Mass Interact in Chicago, Illinois, where he directed domestic and international client relations with a primary focus on the hospitality and higher education sectors. He began his career in the finance industry, working first with UMB Bank in Kansas City before transitioning to Jordan, Knauff & Company in Chicago.
