Shannon Redetzke

With over 20 years of experience, Shannon Redetzke brings an added value of expertise to the Development Management team as the Market and Development Manager. Throughout her career, she has successfully driven growth and provided client support.

With a BFA in Interior Design from Iowa State University, Shannon began her career as an Interior Design professional, spending 10 years working with leading Kansas City architecture firms. In this role, she contributed to impactful projects across the government, healthcare, and education sectors, where she honed her skills in programming, product selections, and the overall design of high-functioning interior environments.

It was a natural transition when she joined a prominent local furniture dealer as a Business Development Manager. Over the next 11 years, Shannon worked closely with the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) community, consulting on workplace environments and providing guidance on how to create spaces that enhance functionality and support the needs of their users.

In addition to her design and consulting experience, Shannon has developed a strong skill set in relationship building and pursuing strategic revenue-building opportunities. Her dedication to fostering long-term client relationships and driving business has been key to her success in the industry.
