Kevin Maughan

Kevin Maughan is a Director at Newmark Zimmer’s Kansas City office, where he leads the Property and Facility Management Team, overseeing a diverse portfolio of more than 20 million square feet, including office, retail, and industrial assets. Kevin specializes in managing properties for institutional clients and owner-occupied assets, with core competencies in construction management, tenant improvements, capital expense projects, and asset management. His strategic approach focuses on maximizing owners’ returns while aligning with their unique objectives and operational priorities.

With nearly 20 years of experience in operations and management, Kevin is recognized for his leadership, collaborative problem-solving, and expertise in driving operational efficiency. He is skilled in building consensus and fostering a positive workplace culture, which translates to strong tenant relationships and enhanced property performance.

Prior to his role at Newmark Zimmer, Kevin directed operations at a world-renowned ski resort in Colorado, managing luxury assets and overseeing the hiring, training, and supervision of a 200-employee workforce.  His attention to detail, creativity, and commitment to excellence have earned him multiple accolades throughout his career, highlighting his ability to deliver exceptional service and results.
