A Certified Property Manager (CPM) and active member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) at both the local and national levels, Kevin is dedicated to advancing industry best practices and fostering professional development.

Kevin specializes in managing properties for institutional clients and owner-occupied assets, with expertise in construction management, tenant improvements, capital projects, and asset management. His strategic, results-driven approach focuses on maximizing property performance and enhancing asset value while aligning with ownership goals.

With nearly 20 years of experience in property operations and management, Kevin is known for his leadership, collaborative problem-solving, and ability to drive operational efficiency. Before joining Newmark Zimmer, Kevin directed operations at a world-renowned ski resort in Colorado, managing luxury assets and leading a 200-employee workforce.
