Raegen Root

Raegen Root joined Newmark Zimmer in 2021, where she serves as a Senior Financial Analyst. She assists in the evaluation, identification, marketing and negotiation of investment property types including multi-family, industrial, office, medical office, retail, and development land. Since joining Newmark Zimmer, she has been involved in the underwriting and sale of over $500 million in transactions, spanning multiple states.

Raegen focuses primarily on assisting in financial analysis, valuations, research, preparation of offering packages, client reporting, transaction management and general real estate consulting activities. Raegen is proficient in Argus and customized Excel-based financial modeling.
