Ramie Mathis joined Newmark Zimmer in 2026 and currently serves as vice president of operations in the company’s Kansas City office. A member of the Executive Team, Ramie oversees business operations, human resources, information technology, and marketing. In this role, she helps advance the firm’s strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and organizational culture while supporting teams across the company.
Ramie brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in property management and operations. Prior to joining Newmark Zimmer, she held leadership roles spanning multi-state operations, multimillion-dollar budget oversight, risk management, technology and systems implementation, process improvement and organizational development.
Throughout her career, Ramie has focused on building efficient operations and high-performing teams. She brings a practical, collaborative approach to leadership with particular strengths in identifying opportunities for improvement, implementing technology and workflow solutions, and developing processes that improve consistency, efficiency, and day-to-day execution.
