The newly delivered, 265,200 SF, Class-A logistics building is fully leased to JT Logistics. It offers a dynamic location in metro Des Moines, with great access to I-80 & I-35 as well as Highways 65/5. Des Moines is a globally connected community and one of the nation’s hotspots for new businesses, startups and millennials.
