Newmark Zimmer served as the Project Advisor for the design, construction, and occupancy of the new Federal Reserve Bank. In this role, Newmark Zimmer took on a range of responsibilities to ensure the project’s success.

First, Newmark Zimmer developed and managed the master schedule, overseeing the project budget and accounting system. This meticulous planning and coordination ensured the project adhered to timelines and financial parameters. Additionally, Newmark Zimmer worked closely with design firms and the construction manager to turn the Federal Reserve Bank vision and specifications into reality.

Next, Newmark Zimmer managed the relationship with the City of Kansas City, handling approvals, entitlements, and permits. These efforts were crucial for maintaining compliance with local regulations and ensuring smooth project progression. The team also assisted in procuring special consultants, coordinated move management, and implemented supplier diversity programs to support local businesses and ensure inclusivity.

During the construction phase, Newmark Zimmer played an active role in coordination and administration. The team provided on-site management to oversee daily operations and resolve any issues that arose. Furthermore, Newmark Zimmer managed the overall plan, provided monthly progress reports to stakeholders, and addressed quality control and quality assurance challenges throughout both the design and construction phases.
