Newmark Zimmer Investment Sales and Capital Markets team completed the investment sale of the 340,000 SF former AT&T building. Built in 1973, the vacant office building is located at 500 E. 8th Street in downtown Kansas City, Missouri. However, the building will not sit vacant for long as plans for multifamily conversion are underway.
