Newmark Zimmer completed the successful disposition of the 42,675-square-foot Camping World located at 1201 N 98th St, Kansas City, KS. Built in 2022, the Class A, single tenant experiential asset on 17 acres was 100% leased to Camping World on a long-term lease within the 400-acre, $838 million master-planned Homefield Development.
The Property features an exceptional location within a major tourism district attracting over 14 million visitors annually to attractions including: Legends Kansas City Outlets consisting of 100+ retail, dining and entertainment options; the Kansas City Speedway, Hollywood Casino, Legend’s Field, and home of Sporting Kansas City’s Children’s Mercy Park.
