Provided owner’s representative services from the project startup through post-occupancy on the new award-winning Johnson County Courthouse in downtown Olathe, KS.

The Johnson County Courthouse was awarded the DBIA-Mid-America Region Project of the Year Award. The 320,000 square-foot facility is 7 stories tall and includes 28 courtrooms, 3 hearing rooms, the District Attorney’s Office as well as additional administrative support functions. With a budget of $193,000,000 the project was completed in 2020 and was designed to meet the County’s needs for at least the next 75 years as a public-service focused facility with flexible and sustainable design elements and included enhanced security, circulation, and technology to meet the needs of the County.
