In a partnership with Odyssey Real Estate Capital, Newmark Zimmer served as the developer and construction/design consultants for Lone Elm Logistics Center.

Newmark Zimmer assembled the site and managed development and construction of the 496,150 square foot Class-A industrial building and delivered the building to the market in October of 2016. The building features a cross-dock design and is one of the first buildings in the Kansas City area with a 36’ ceiling clearance, which allows for higher density product storage and increased efficiency in manufacturing and distribution. The exterior of the building showcases an attractive architectural design as a trend towards pleasing aesthetics has become more prevalent in industrial development.

The location of the building is strategically situated in Olathe with immediate highway access and visibility from I-35. The development site was chosen for its easy access to the Kansas City metropolitan area and to the BNSF intermodal facility in Edgerton, Kansas. With this location, employers will have access to a quality labor pool and a vast network of nearby amenities in the Olathe community.

Newmark Zimmer served as the property manager and sales and leasing agent of the project which promptly sold after completion of construction.
