A well located and occupied junior anchored shopping center which Newmark Zimmer took over management in 2021 when a client purchased the center. We have implemented our tenant care program as well as coordinate numerous projects to address deferred maintenance items at the property which has increased the overall curb appeal and appearance of the property. Numerous lights have been replaced with LED’s to both improve the site lighting and to reduce the overall operating expenses.
