With a sprawling 574,732 square feet of Class A cross-dock space, Building II offers a modern, highly efficient environment tailored for large-scale industrial use. Its advanced design facilitates optimized warehouse workflows, ensuring seamless operations for tenants like Standard Motor Products.

The facility’s location in Shawnee provides exceptional logistical advantages. Positioned within close proximity to several major highways, including K-7, I-435, I-35, and I-70, it serves as a critical hub for distribution across local, regional, and national networks.
