Newmark Zimmer President and Chief Executive Officer Mark C. Long and Senior Managing Director John F. Hassler represented Sealy & Company in the acquisition. Mark Fountain of True North Industrial Realty represented the seller.
The five-building, 276,000-square-foot, Class-A industrial park offers a dynamic location adjacent to the interchange at I-70 and I-435 and is home to first class tenants such as Amazon, UPS, JB Hunt and Aramark.
Sealy & Company is now among the largest industrial property owners in the Kansas City region and has completed over 1.6 million square feet of acquisitions throughout the Midwest with Newmark Zimmer since the beginning of 2019.
